On 11th August 2009 the Government of Liechtenstein an Herr Majesty's Revenue and

Customs (HMRC) reached the agreement Memorandum of Understanding Relating to

Cooperation in Tax Matters (MoU). This agreement concerns amongst others the 

Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility (LDF) for UK Taxpayers wishing to regulate their

undisclosed assets. With this opportunity taxpayers have a favourable opportunity

to declare assets world wide with very good conditions and become UK tax-compliant.
